1. About Navurex
Navurex is a football intelligence service operated by Navurex from Italy. The service presents public football data, Navurex ratings, probabilities, simulations, prediction history and optional AI explanations.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using account-only features, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account-only functionality.
3. Football intelligence is informational
Navurex predictions, ratings, expected goals, simulations, confidence indicators and AI explanations are estimates based on available data and model assumptions. Football is uncertain and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Navurex does not provide betting, gambling, financial or investment advice. The service does not promise profit, returns or a particular sporting outcome. You are responsible for decisions you make using information displayed on Navurex.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure.
- You must be at least 14 to create an account in Italy, or meet any higher minimum age required by the law that applies to you.
- You may not share, sell or misuse accounts to bypass technical or commercial restrictions.
- Navurex may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with law.
5. Free and Pro
Navurex Free currently provides the core public prediction experience plus account personalization. Navurex Pro is marked Coming Soon and is not a paid subscription offer until Navurex presents a final price, billing period, included features, cancellation information and any other legally required pre-contract information at checkout.
Joining the Pro waitlist does not create a purchase obligation. You can leave the waitlist at any time.
6. Data availability and model changes
Fixtures, standings, team data and model inputs may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. Navurex may change model versions, weights, data-quality rules, simulations and feature definitions as the product improves. Where prediction snapshots are available, Navurex aims to preserve the pre-match model output for performance tracking rather than rewrite history after the result is known.
7. AI-generated explanations
AI text is intended to explain or answer questions using supplied match/model context. It can contain errors or omit relevant context. Core Navurex probabilities are generated by the Navurex model; AI text should not be treated as an independent source of verified facts.
8. Acceptable use
You may use Navurex for normal personal and professional research. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, defeat access controls, introduce malicious code, overload APIs, harvest account data, impersonate others, or use automated access in a way that materially degrades the service or violates applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
Public football facts are not claimed as exclusive Navurex property. The Navurex brand, original interface, software, model presentation, written product copy and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party team names, competition names, crests and data may belong to their respective owners.
10. Availability and warranties
Navurex is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Navurex does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free data, perfect model accuracy or that every fixture will be covered. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded for consumers.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Navurex is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on a prediction as if it were a guaranteed result, or by outages and third-party data failures outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
12. Changes and termination
Navurex may update features or these Terms. Material changes affecting account users will be communicated in an appropriate way. You can stop using the service at any time and may contact Navurex to request account deletion.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Disputes remain subject to the competent courts and mandatory consumer-protection rules provided by applicable law.
